About The Position

In this highly visible role, you'll support Continuing Care leadership while helping ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The Office Manager provides general administrative support services for our Continuing Care, which strives to exceed service standards. Serve as personal, confidential office manager to the Director of Nursing and the Continuing Care Administrator. The ideal candidate will present an executive presence through confident communication, sound judgment, and effective stakeholder engagement. This role is based in an onsite work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support services for Continuing Care, which meet or exceed service standards.
  • Serves as personal, confidential office manager to the Director of Nursing and Nursing Home Administrator.
  • Maintains and contributes to efficient daily operations of the Administration and Nursing office(s) as assigned.
  • Schedules and provides support for Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and as needed meetings.
  • Printing and distributing financial reports
  • Maintaining a confidential filing system
  • Manage a budget , preparing/coding invoices for approval promptly
  • Serving as editor of a monthly newsletter for continuing care
  • Maintaining binder of vendor contracts
  • Participating on the Survey Team per established guidelines
