GOAL(S): To ensure the Salt Lake City office operates with peak efficiency by serving as the primary lead for facility maintenance, building management relations, and workplace logistics. This role is dedicated to maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for all team members and visitors while proactively managing the office budget, inventory, and special projects to foster a positive corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management regarding maintenance requests, space allocation, and communal workspace cleanliness.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of office supply inventory, including anticipating needs, sourcing vendors, and overseeing the procurement process.
  • Responsible for the selection, ordering, and restocking of all breakroom snacks, beverages, and communal supplies.
  • Monitor and manage the specific budgets allocated for office supplies and breakroom provisions, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
  • Monitor all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Manage shipping parcels, including the preparation of outgoing shipments and the accurate tracking of high-priority deliveries.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front-office presence, directing visitors and managing incoming phone inquiries.
  • Coordinate and execute special office events, internal celebrations, and on-site meetings.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring data retention and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between management and staff regarding facility updates or general office announcements.
  • Oversee daily office opening/closing procedures and manage visitor access protocols to maintain company safety standards.
  • Serve as a local resource for basic office equipment troubleshooting and ensure all meeting room technology is functional for staff use.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.
