About The Position

Organized Living, a leader in home organization for over 100 years, is seeking an Office Manager & HR Coordinator for its Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role supports daily office operations and key human resources functions in a hybrid work environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote). The position reports to the Corporate HR Manager and works closely with the President, serving as a central point of coordination to ensure a productive and engaging workplace. Regular in-office presence is required.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in office management, human resources administration, executive administration, or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • HR administration, recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate team meetings, company events, and office activities.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee recordkeeping, training coordination, and policy administration.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding office procedures and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company culture initiatives.
  • Ensure the office and facility reflect company standards for organization, professionalism, and presentation.
  • Assist with special projects and support cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, company, and business information.
  • Support communication and coordination between departments and remote team members.
