About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Office Manager / Hiring Manager to join our growing team. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a team player, quick learner, and comfortable working with recruiting platforms and office software.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude.
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Must be a team player and work well with others.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between Providence, RI and Milford, MA offices.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous recruiting, office management, staffing, or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Recruit, screen, and hire caregivers and CNAs.
  • Search for qualified candidates through Indeed, Hireology, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Attend job fairs and community recruiting events.
  • Maintain employee records and hiring documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress.
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed.
