Requirements

• Management experience (loan industry preferred)
• Strong background in installment loans, sales, or collections
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Resilience, accountability, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to take feedback, adapt, and continuously improve
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
