The Office Manager III provides advanced operational leadership for a physician practice of high complexity, typically supporting 7-9 providers and/or multiple service lines seeing 9,000 to 20,000 office visits per year with 15-20 staff FTEs. This role oversees daily clinic operations, staff performance, financial processes, patient experience initiatives, and regulatory compliance. The Office Manager III functions with a higher degree of independence, exercises judgment in decision‑making, manages more complex workflows, and leads improvement initiatives that drive operational, financial, and service excellence. The Office Manager III may have multiple supervisors overseeing front-office and/or clinical department that report directly to them.
