We are hiring and Office Manager / Bookkeeper for a Family law office in Pensacola, FL. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage and efficiently run operations within the firm. The local law firm specializes in Family law, Personal injury, criminal defense and insurance matters. Previous experience working in a law office in not required, but would be a plus. The office manager would be the contact person for the Firm's Malpractice Insurance annual renewal, among many other responsibilities. Most skills related to the law firm can be trained, but this position requires a STRONG understanding of the Bookkeeping processes.
