Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off Compensation: While the compensation for this position is finally dependent upon the candidate’s experience/qualifications, the approximate compensation for this role will be $24.00 - $25.00 USD per year. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 3 years related customer service and or legal receptionist experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties which include: smiling, greeting visitors and employees, answering phones, conference room scheduling, and various administrative functions
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Email correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing and other administrative tasks as assigned; Updating employee lists
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Participate in cross-training
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
