Receptionist McMichael and Gray P.C., a full-service Law Firm is currently seeking a Receptionist to join the team! The ideal candidate will be a team player and will carry a professional and positive demeanor. If you are looking for the opportunity to make the most of your experience, talents, and work ethic, we may be the place for you! This position is in the Office Monday-Friday

Requirements

• Must have professional demeanor
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have excellent phone etiquette
• Must have ability to multitask
• Must be punctual and have excellent attendance

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
• Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
• Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing, whenever needed
• Preparing refreshments, if needed
