Requirements

Proven experience supervising facilities operations, site administration, or office management in a corporate environment.
Strong working knowledge of facility systems, access control, maintenance databases, and safety compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage vendors, events, and ticketing systems.
Outstanding communication and customer service orientation to cultivate an inclusive, welcoming site culture.

Nice To Haves

Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or relevant environmental health and safety (EHS) certifications.
Prior experience managing site renovation projects, space planning tools, or corporate leasing administration.

Responsibilities

Champion the end-to-end workplace experience by managing lobby reception, site access control, interactive office maps, and ticketing workflows.
Drive site safety and compliance through comprehensive emergency action plans, safety training, audits, and safety program oversight.
Oversee operational budget administration, processing invoices, coding expenses, and tracking utility data for optimal site performance.
Lead project logistics for site renovations, capital facility improvements, vendor management, and employee culture events.
