Oxford Exchange Design is seeking an Office Maintenance professional to ensure a clean, tidy, and safe environment for our sales floors, common areas, restrooms, and stockrooms. This role involves daily cleaning tasks, supply replenishment, waste disposal, and reporting maintenance issues. Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a clean environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, bend and lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all areas, including sales floors, common areas, restrooms, and stockrooms, are clean and tidy.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Handle the disposal of trash and recycling materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
