About The Position
The Office LPN works in the Family Medicine clinic at Avita Bucyrus Hospital in Dennison. Under the supervision of a physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA), the LPN assesses, plans, and implements nursing care for patients. The role includes patient and family education, patient advocacy in support of the facility’s mission, and coordination with clinical staff on patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., for 80 hours per pay period.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
- Current BLS certification.

- Two or more years of previous experience in a physician office.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients in the physician clinic under the supervision of a physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA).
- Participate in patient and family teaching.
