We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a proven ability to manage and lead a team dedicated to expanding our civil commercial development portfolio. The successful candidate will hold a Professional Engineer license and possess extensive experience overseeing large-scale, complex civil development projects, including hospitals, airports, residential communities, retail centers, and educational campuses. Requirements

Professional Engineer license
Over 12 years of experience delivering civil site development projects
Experience managing complex budgets in the Cincinnati Area
Experience in building strong relationships with clients
Professional knowledge to undertake business development activities to grow this business practice
Experience in creating a positive work environment that allows others to do their best work
Strong communication skills – written and oral
Commitment to health and safety

Responsibilities

Develop and grow the civil engineering practice working with current and hopefully new clients as a result of effective business development activities
Develop and manage a Team that can build positive relationships and connections to facilitate new project opportunities for Arcadis while delivering outstanding projects to our clients
Smart and effective project management and oversight to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality while ensuring projects also meet or exceed Arcadis’s commercial objectives
Engage and work directly with clients, design staff, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and project approvals
