About The Position

Therapy Source is seeking a tech-savvy, super-organized Office & IT Support Coordinator to join their Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is the go-to person for tech help, manages new hire setups, and ensures smooth office operations and vendor relationships. The position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

Requirements

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related technical certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, office coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for common issues like email, video calls, printers, and connectivity.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the IT hero, fielding day-to-day tech questions and issues (passwords, MFA, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, printers, etc.) and resolving them quickly, in person or remotely.
  • Manage the tech lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes, user access and license management across business systems, and maintaining an inventory of all IT equipment.
  • Act as the vendor coordinator, liaising with the IT vendor and other service partners for tasks such as equipment repairs and office maintenance, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Champion security by supporting MFA enrollment, identifying suspicious activities, and protecting confidential information.
  • Maintain the knowledge base, checklists, and recurring reports to ensure easy access to information.
  • Manage office facilities, including coordination of shared spaces to ensure they are functional and welcoming.
  • Support providers by administering the TheraWeb platform and managing the Loaner Library of assessment materials.
