About The Position

Mossy Nissan is seeking an entry-level Office Inventory Clerk to join their team. A great attitude and work ethic are highly valued, and training will be provided for the right candidate. This position is based at their Business Office in Kearny Mesa and primarily involves computer work in a quiet, clean, and professional environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. While previous related office experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement if the candidate can demonstrate their suitability for the role. This is an administrative office position, not a sales role, with a pay rate of $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr. Requirements

• Valid CA Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record Required
• Experience in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
• Good Communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work closely in a Departmentalized Team environment.
• Positive attitude
• Ability to multitask
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Must be highly organized, have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manages records, paperwork, accounting, and physical inventory audits for the Vehicle Inventory Department.
