The Office & Culture Coordinator is a highly visible, people-centered role that sits at the intersection of office operations, employee experience, and talent support at EyeQ Monitoring. This person serves as the face of our office—creating a welcoming, organized, and high-energy environment for employees, candidates, clients, and partners. You’ll own the day-to-day office experience while partnering closely with the People & Culture team to bring our culture to life through events, programs, and meaningful employee touchpoints. On the talent side, you’ll play a critical support role in ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate and onboarding experience, helping our Talent Acquisition efforts run smoothly and efficiently.
