As the BETA team grows, we are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Team in Montreal. In this role, you will help ensure that our team members are well supported, informed, and enabled to be great! You’ll work cross-functionally with our larger Beta team, and help optimize processes — all while growing your experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven company. This isn’t a box, just the core. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience); prior coordination experience, particularly in a startup environment, is a strong asset.
  • Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Exceptionally organized, able to juggle multiple deadlines, and maintain a high standard of data accuracy and consistency.
  • Clear, confident communicator who is empathetic, service-oriented, and trusted to handle information with discretion.
  • Resourceful, independent, and motivated to grow — comfortable exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support smooth & efficient Montreal HQ day to day activities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Montreal facility (~85 team members), including supplies, equipment, vendor/maintenance coordination, and visitor management.
  • Organize company events and large meetings, lead ad hoc committees, and support logistics for internal training programs.
  • Develop and deliver French & English documentation, training materials, and internal communications tailored to the Montreal team.
  • Support the Canadian local activities in both French & English and interface with the rest of our organization to maintain alignment and consistency: Facilitate onboarding of new team members
  • Support year-round intern hiring and maintain relationships with local universities to build a pipeline of emerging talent.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and the broader Team Operations group for reporting and to align Canadian operations with company-wide standards while adapting to local requirements.
