Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client-facing interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and calendar management tools
  • Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with facilities management or maintenance request systems
  • Background in a client-facing or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with office supply inventory management

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors through in-person greetings, phone, and email
  • Manage calendars for common spaces, ensuring efficient scheduling and availability
  • Monitor and restock office supplies to keep the workplace fully equipped
  • Submit and track maintenance requests to maintain a safe and comfortable office environment
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including document handling and coordination tasks
