Join us in our Automotive Office Coordinator role where you’ll streamline office operations, manage financial transactions, and act as a key liaison between vendors and customers. From maintaining accurate bank deposits and petty cash to coding invoices and ensuring timely payments, your attention to detail and efficiency will drive our success. Requirements

  • Requires sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
  • Requires eye ­hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
  • Requires working in a fast­ paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems; dealership management software experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and an MVR in good standing.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both customers and fellow co­workers, in written and verbal form
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post- offer background check, physical, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Suite applications, a plus
  • dealership management software experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain bank deposits and petty cash.
  • Code invoices and submit to Accounts Payable.
  • Collect payments (cash and/or credit).
  • Communicate with vendors and customers.
  • Additional duties as assigned
