Saluda Medical is a commercial‑stage medical device company focused on developing treatments for chronic neurological conditions using its novel closed‑loop neuromodulation platform. The company’s proprietary technology senses and measures neural responses to stimulation and automatically adjusts therapy based on real‑time neurophysiological feedback. Saluda Medical’s first product, the Evoke® System, is designed to deliver known, consistent, and personalized spinal cord stimulation therapy by objectively measuring neural responses and maintaining therapy within a prescribed therapeutic window. At Saluda Medical, our Office Coordinator plays a critical role in creating an exceptional employee and visitor experience while ensuring the smooth operation of our U.S. offices. This position serves as a trusted partner to employees, executives, vendors, and key stakeholders, helping drive workplace efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and foster a highly collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of office operations, executive administration, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for day-to-day office operations across Saluda Medical’s Minnesota locations.
  • Create a welcoming, professional workplace experience for employees, visitors, candidates, vendors, and business partners.
  • Manage office operations, budgets, purchasing, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, training activities, and travel logistics.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including complex calendar management and confidential communications.
  • Support Board and executive meeting logistics, governance activities, and cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Sales Training, and leadership teams on special projects and employee engagement efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
