The Office Coordinator provides the first point of contact for Chesapeake Contracting Group by greeting clients, stakeholders, and associates. This position requires an onsite presence at our Owings Mills office approximately 2–3 days per week. The person reports to HR, supports several Executives, and is pivotal to ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a temporary, part-time position intended to support the team through the summer, with an anticipated end date of August 2026 and potential for the role to extend beyond that timeframe.
