The marriage and family therapy graduate program, in the Department of Human Development and Family Science, is currently seeking an Office Coordinator to provide administrative and fiscal support the operations of the marriage and family therapy program and its training clinic, the Family Therapy Center (FTC). The Office Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining compliance with program and FTC policies and procedures, as well as general office procedures. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively and independently. Duties include facilities and inventory management, fiscal operations (e.g., purchasing, accounts payable, etc.), records management, student services, and assistance with program assessment. In addition, the Office Coordinator will assist with client services at the Family Therapy Center. These duties include conducting client intakes, responding to client communication, processing client paperwork, assisting with confidential client records, and supporting clinic data collection.
