About The Position

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator, specifically an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), to join their team in Liberal, KS. This role will be based in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting and involves providing excellent care. The Program Coordinator acts as a liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, aiming to reduce administrative burdens on clinicians and support them in delivering therapy services. Additionally, this position is responsible for coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet performance targets, under the guidance of a Regional Supervisor.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned.
CPR, as required by community.
Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
Other items as required by federal, state and local standards.
