The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking to hire an Office Coordinator for the Office of Land Management. This position will act as a liaison and maintain records and files for site and satellites; orally or in writing, explains procedures, rules and regulations, park programming, and/or services to contractors, vendors, other parks, and the public, utilizing bilingual skills (Spanish/English); schedule appointments and make travel, training and meeting arrangements; monitor the budget and prepare periodic budget state reports tracking expenditures; assist the Superintendent with budget constraints by sharing accurate fiscal records upon request; and prepare all income and petty cash account records, monthly reconciliations, and annual reports.
