About The Position

With our passion, creativity, and innovation, “We capture what moves”. We have an immediate long-term temporary need for an Office Coordinator at our Merry Hill, NC facility. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by managing the front-desk administrative tasks. As the professional, first point of contact, you will greet visitors, route phone calls, and coordinate package deliveries. Provides general administrative support across the office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional phone etiquette; comfortable speaking with people at all levels.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused and a strong team player.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, greet guests, offer refreshments, and notify hosts of visitor arrival.
  • Book and prepare conference rooms for meetings, including catering coordination.
  • Keep common office areas clean, organized, and client ready.
  • Maintain and restock office supplies.
  • Clean the conference room and kitchen area after scheduled lunches.
  • Wash and put away dishes.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, ensuring all details are handled.
  • Serve as the main contact for building management and facility requests.
  • Follow MANE Ingredients USA’s values, quality policy, and ISO procedures.
  • Take on special projects and tasks as needed.
  • Consistent with MANE’s commitment to EHS&Q, complete all applicable training as assigned.
