About The Position

The Office Coordinator is responsible for greeting customers both in person and over the phone, and providing administrative support essential to the daily operations of the shop. This role involves managing customer interactions, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficient with a computer and software.

  • Prior administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all guests politely.
  • Answer and route phone calls.
  • Explain the repair process to customers.
  • Collect payments and provide guests with receipts, repair estimates, or work orders.
  • Perform Account Receivable tasks and communication.
  • Update time clocks.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Comply with all TCC’s safety standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
