The Department of Corrections (IDOC) is seeking to hire an Office Coordinator. This role involves reviewing individual in-custody master files for accuracy and completeness of sentencing information, processing all disciplinary tickets, and entering information into Offender 360 (O360). The position also requires inputting individual in-custody movement data into the computer system. Additionally, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for keyboarding various charts, reports, documents, and forms, which may include legal, medical, and/or psychological terminology. This position is a union position, and the provisions of the relevant collective bargaining agreement/labor contract apply.
