About The Position

The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire an Office Coordinator for the Treatment and Detention Facility located in Rushville, Illinois to serve as a master scheduler for Security. Serves as a timekeeper for Security. Schedules overtime for Security staff.

Requirements

Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to two (2) years of secretarial/business college or completion of high school and two (2) years related office experience OR two (2) years of independent business experience.
Requires the ability to keyboard accurately at 30 wpm.
Requires the ability to utilize office equipment, including personal computers.
Requires ability to pass the IDHS background check.
Requires ability to pass a drug screen for drugs prohibited from recreational use under Illinois Law.

Responsibilities

Performs paraprofessional office support functions for the Treatment and Detention Facility.
Serves as timekeeper for Security.
Schedules overtime for Security staff.
Performs duties of a highly responsible clerical nature for Security.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonable within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
