Rocketship is hiring for the position of Office Coordinator / Family Recruiter for a Rocketship school. This is a blended role that will support both school operations and family recruitment, with approximately 50% Office Coordinator responsibilities and 50% Family Recruiter responsibilities. The Office Coordinator / Family Recruiter is the first point of contact for parents and students when they come to school, as well as a resource to the school community. This role also supports family recruitment, community outreach, and enrollment efforts by helping prospective families learn more about Rocketship Public Schools and supporting them through the enrollment process. The Office Coordinator / Family Recruiter should always exhibit professionalism, treat people with respect, and be firm but compassionate in how they address the day-to-day challenges of a rigorous and purposeful school.
