About The Position

Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking a Branch Coordinator to be the heartbeat of the office, acting as a connector, problem-solver, and customer champion. This role is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for customers and stakeholders while ensuring the administrative and operational backbone of the branch runs smoothly. The Branch Coordinator is the first voice customers hear, keeps schedules organized, and is a key driver of customer retention. This position requires a love for people, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to doing things right.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or branch operations experience
  • General knowledge of business operations and GGOB a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — warm, professional, and easy to talk to
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and shifting priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to go the extra mile — every single time

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer experience by engaging with customers via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in-person, addressing questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and with genuine care, aiming for first call resolution.
  • Master the schedule by coordinating and optimizing schedules across branch operations, managing resources efficiently, and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Handle payments with precision, assisting customers with payment processing in full compliance with PCI standards.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Ryan's services, products, and policies to deliver accurate, confident guidance.
  • Keep records clean by collecting and updating customer information, ensuring accurate account records and documentation of every interaction.
  • Drive process improvement by continuously identifying opportunities to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Collaborate across the business by partnering with sales, marketing, and other departments to align on strategies and achieve shared goals.
  • Support sales growth through consultative selling, understanding customer needs, identifying prospects, and tailoring solutions.
  • Stay sharp on the market by keeping up with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Gather and share feedback by collecting customer insights and sharing them with the team to continuously improve products, services, and processes.
