About The Position

We are Paul Davis Restoration, an industry leader in restoring properties affected by water, wind, fire, smoke, flood and mold, other types of damage. We serve residential and commercial properties and are currently looking to expand our team with an Office Coordinator. As a Office Coordinator you will be involved in managing our customer's experience from first contact, through the entire project. Selling your winning personality over the phone, customer service, documentation, system management, scheduling, data integrity and strong computer skills are mandatory to succeed at this position. The ideal candidate for this position will be an individual who is driven by providing stellar customer service, has a keen eye for detail, doesn't mind the annoyance of following company processes, and has a strong willingness to learn and succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Fields calls from customers, clients and team members
