About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for creating work orders, processing invoices, and supporting daily office operations using an ERP system. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous office administration experience required
  • ERP system experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

Nice To Haves

  • Accounts receivable/payable experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage customer work orders
  • Generate and process invoices accurately and timely
  • Enter and maintain data within ERP system
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments
  • Track job progress and update records as needed
  • Assist with scheduling and office coordination
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Support accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
