About The Position

QES is seeking an experienced PennDOT Office/Construction Administration Specialist to join our team supporting projects in the Bentleyville, PA area. This is a night-shift position and is ideal for someone with a strong PennDOT background who understands construction inspection and has transitioned from field inspection into an office-based administrative role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PennDOT ECMS, strong organizational and administrative skills, and a solid understanding of PennDOT construction processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Prior PennDOT administrative experience is required.
  • Strong working knowledge and demonstrated expertise with PennDOT ECMS.
  • Strong understanding of PennDOT construction procedures, documentation, and project administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate project records.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working independently during the night shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous PennDOT construction inspection experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience as a TCI-3, TCIS, or similar senior-level inspection professional is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office-based construction administration support for PennDOT projects.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation, records, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Utilize PennDOT ECMS extensively to manage project information, documentation, and administrative requirements.
  • Support construction inspection staff and project management with documentation and tracking.
  • Review and organize inspection reports, project records, quantities, and other construction documentation.
  • Assist with tracking project activities, schedules, pay items, and other project requirements.
  • Coordinate with PennDOT representatives, inspectors, contractors, and project staff.
  • Ensure project records and documentation are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with PennDOT requirements.
  • Support the team with general project administration and other duties as needed.
