Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office, providing excellent customer service.
