About The Position

We are currently seeking a full-time Office Clerk (Credit) to join our dynamic team at our Business Support Centre in Red Deer. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage records, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasional lifting required)

Nice To Haves

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records
  • Process and key all incoming payments daily with accuracy
  • Prepare and process scheduled payments
  • Sort and file weekly internal envelopes
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries by email and phone
  • Prepare monthly statements
  • Support ongoing digitization project
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Order and distribute cardlock cards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
