About The Position

Join Our Team at Castor Gas Bar! Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our Castor Gas Bar is the perfect place for you! We're currently seeking a part-time Gas Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position, with 24-36 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider. Availability includes weekdays and weekends, with shifts in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years old (as per government regulations for dispensing fuel and propane)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
• Previous experience in fuel dispensing is an asset; training available

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Perform windshield cleaning and check oil/fluid levels
• Process fuel and merchandise payments efficiently
• Receive, unpack, and display merchandise with care
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Dispense fuel and propane with precision – applicable locations
• Perform car wash cleaning duties as needed – applicable locations
• Support marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
