About The Position

Clean Team is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at a location in Milford, Ohio. The cleaner will help ensure workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable for employees and visitors. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

The available shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with no weekends. The position requires reliable attendance, effective communication, and the ability to perform physical cleaning tasks. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The role is available in ZIP codes 45150, 45174, 45111, 45147, 45243, and 45244.

Requirements

• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills to complete duties within scheduled shifts.
• Physical stamina for repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Reliable work ethic and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas in the commercial building.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and regularly sanitize restrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
