About The Position

Join Platinum Cleaning & Facility Services (PCFS), a division of Healthcare Services Group, Inc., as an Office Cleaner. The role oversees janitorial cleaning and facilities maintenance operations at an assigned primary site, helping maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients. The starting pay rate is $15.50 per hour. The position includes cleaning common areas and bathrooms, removing trash, safely using cleaning products, and following infection-control procedures. The employee is expected to meet customer-service and cleaning standards and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Willingness to perform routine tasks consistently.
Ability to complete all responsibilities without supervision after training.
Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.
Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours daily.
Ability to lift and carry, and push and pull, a maximum of 50 pounds.
Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by state, local, and/or customers.

Nice To Haves

Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

Clean entryways, corridors, elevators, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, floors, and commodes, and replenish lavatory supplies as needed.
Remove trash and empty wastebaskets.
Use cleaning solutions safely and follow all safety precautions.
Report equipment or cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisors.
Follow infection-control and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
Ensure customer-service and cleaning standards are consistently met.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
