About The Position

Join Platinum Cleaning & Facility Services (PCFS), a division of Healthcare Services Group, Inc., as an Office Cleaner. The role oversees janitorial cleaning and facilities maintenance operations at an assigned primary site, helping maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients. The position performs routine cleaning and sanitation duties, follows applicable safety and infection-control procedures, and supports consistent customer service and cleaning standards.

Requirements

Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Willingness to perform routine tasks consistently.
Must complete all responsibilities without supervision after training.
Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours daily.
Must be able to lift and carry, and push and pull, a maximum of 50 pounds.
Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by state, local, and/or customers.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform janitorial tasks in entryways, corridors, elevators, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, floors, and commodes, and replenish lavatory supplies as needed.
Remove trash and empty wastebaskets.
Use cleaning solutions safely and adhere to all safety precautions.
Report equipment or cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisors.
Follow infection-control and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
Ensure customer service and cleaning standards are consistently met.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
