About The Position

We are currently seeking an organized, service-oriented, and hands-on Office & Café Coordinator to support our daily office and café operations. From coordinating catering and internal events to managing café operations and administrative responsibilities, this role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and smoothly run workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Nice To Haves

  • 3–5 years of administrative, clerical, hospitality, or related experience preferred
  • Experience with café operations, food service, hospitality, or event coordination is a plus
  • Experience with inventory management, invoicing, and vendor coordination preferred

Responsibilities

  • Update digital signage throughout the facility with daily and weekly café menus
  • Coordinate café operations, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and maintaining stock levels
  • Manage café invoicing, vendor communication, and discrepancy resolution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for catering requests and coordinate logistics from request through delivery
  • Support planning and execution of internal events involving food service
  • Provide hands-on café support as needed, including stocking, cleanliness, and barista-style responsibilities
  • Assist with food service during peak times and company events
  • Respond to administrative inquiries and provide day-to-day office support
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Prepare meeting agendas and schedules
  • Serve as a back-up for other members of the Administrative Support Team
  • Support additional projects and duties as assigned
