This position provides administrative support for the ESOL supervisor and coordinators. Responsibilities include routine tasks such as typing, filing, scheduling meetings, recording meeting minutes, and ordering and inventory of materials. The role also involves processing purchase orders, requesting quotes, preparing and processing task codes, and supporting department budget oversight. The Office Associate II will handle administrative details independently, including screening calls, composing correspondence, and scheduling appointments. Maintaining office records, files, and reports efficiently, as well as ESOL enrollment records for submission to the Maryland State Department of Education, are key duties. Other job-related duties may be assigned.
