About The Position

The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, A/R, contracts, events, assisting with guests or any other duties assigned by management. They will be required to interact with our guests and employees in a professional manner. They must provide excellent customer service. The essential duties will vary from property to property.

Requirements

  • Some experience in an office environment
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
  • Able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to fifteen (15) pounds
  • Able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
  • Able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements

Responsibilities

  • Performing administrative functions which will include, data entry, collection of A/R, filing and greeting guests
  • Assist with booking reservations for water sports rental
  • Answer phone calls, emails, greet guests, provide directions, may assist with inventory, and billing
