This role is for an Office Assistant in Primary Care at New Town - Williamsburg, VA. Responsibilities include checking in and checking out patients, verifying insurance eligibility, maintaining patient registration by properly entering and updating patient demographics within the patient registration software, greeting patients while answering multi-phone lines, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, creating/scheduling referrals, completing chart prep and providing information to and for the patients. The position may require floating to other practices within the region to provide support as needed.
