In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager. This role involves monitoring door security, providing administrative support to residents, maintaining log books, being knowledgeable of on-campus locations and resources, supporting residents in communicating issues, enforcing Campus Living & Learning policies, and completing other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervising RHD. Learning outcomes include developing excellent customer service skills, organization and creativity in administrative responsibilities, proficiency in problem-solving, and understanding the internal operations of a major, complex system like a residence hall, including facilities management, technical operations, and safety & security monitoring.
