About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service to students and/or parents, answering telephones and responding to general inquiries in the housing email inbox. Additionally, this position calls for accurate data entry, maintaining confidential student files, assisting with department-wide events such as move-in, move-out, orientations and resource fairs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • Two years of experience directly related to the job functions
  • Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Well organized
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Background check
  • Credit check may be required
  • Designated as a “Responsible Employee” pursuant to their role under Title IX, must promptly report allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse by or against any student, employee, contractor, or visitor to the University’s Title IX Administrator or any divisional Title IX Coordinator
