Requirements

  • Ability to clearly speak, read, write and understand the English language.
  • Ability to perform basic functions in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook, and learn various delivery company software.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • MSA review and data entry using ViewPoint and SharePoint
  • Assist with document entry & maintaining accurate digital records
  • Support compliance tracking by organizing required documentation and ensuring files are up to date
  • Help coordinate and prepare materials for company events, meetings, and community outreach activities
  • Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and day-of support for outside events
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling company information
