The Residential Life office assistant, student employee is responsible for providing routine customer service, as well as clerical and administrative duties according to established procedures. This role supports the mission of the University and serves as an ambassador of the Q2 culture of service excellence. The employee will model, support, and hold others accountable to the University’s values. This position requires the ability to write, edit, format, and proofread documents, perform data aggregation, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. The role also involves assisting with the daily operations of residence halls, responding to student needs, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and utilizing basic word processing, database, and spreadsheet skills.
