The front desk position is an administrative support function under general supervision of the Human Resources Director. This role involves serving visitors, guests, and vendors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. It also includes notifying staff of visitor arrivals, answering and directing telephone calls, maintaining visitor logs and updated contact lists, recording mail and deliveries, and ensuring proper opening and closing procedures of the front entrance to the Headquarters building. Related work is performed as required.
