About The Position

ChristianaCare's Primary Care at Aston practice is looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized Office Assistant I with strong communication skills and the ability to proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. The Medical Office Assistant I schedules appointments with attention to insurance, greets patients while collecting necessary information, and processes referrals while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handles payments

  • Reconciles daily appointments and payments
  • Manages communications by answering calls, relaying messages, and using EMR systems to coordinate with providers and staff
