About The Position
The incumbent will support the work of the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and the Macdonald Campus Welcome Centre. This position is a work-study position for eligible McGill students and is covered by the AMUSE collective agreement. The role is located on the Macdonald Campus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1 Year Related Experience
Responsibilities
- Replace Welcome Centre personnel for one hour/day (usually 14h30-15h30 and on holidays)
- Accept and distribute deliveries in the Macdonald-Stewart-Raymond-Barton complex
- Book meeting rooms
- Deliver mail to academic units
- Stock and maintain photocopiers
- Assists with event planning and provides event support
